Despite their compact build, with the gear diameter measuring approximately 15mm and the pump body diameter around 40mm, they deliver remarkable performance. Since the dialysate involved is a corrosive electrolyte solution, the pump body is crafted from robust stainless steel 316L. The gears, made from food-grade PEEK material, boast exceptional corrosion resistance and wear resistance, ensuring the seamless operation of fluid delivery without the detriments of wear.
The dialysate achieves a maximum flow rate of 500mL/min, equivalent to an impressive 30L/h, with a crucial focus on flow rate stability. The gear pump is engineered to handle a peak design flow of 1.5L/min and can withstand a maximum pressure of 6 bar, ensuring reliable and efficient performance in demanding conditions.
